Lukas J. Dickie Lukas J. Dickie has over 15 years experience growing technology companies in the United States, Europe, and Asia. He is an international entrepreneur having founded Linux Radio (1999, the first Linux-oriented community radio show with listeners around the world), YourGig.com (2000, a competitor to the newly launched MP3.com), and Skypify Communications (2004, created the first business soft phone add-on for Skype, later adopted into Skype's core technology). Dickie participates in national and international speaking events, including former guest speaker at the International Security Conference in Seoul, South Korea.

Dickie is known for his in-depth knowledge of the privacy and security space; he is passionately involved in the open source community and is a strong supporter of personal information privacy and security. Outside of Gimigo you will find him hiking, fishing, cycling, storm chasing, scuba diving, climbing, snowboarding, and helping Darla feed the hungry.

Darla Nemec Minneapolis / St. Paul Business Journal CFO of the Year Award in 2011, Darla Nemec brings more than 20 years of experience in the accounting field, working for many successful growth companies. Darla provides overall leadership, vision, and direction for finance, human resources, customer service, administrative, and facility services. Darla worked as a volunteer and consultant beginning in 2002 for CaringBridge. In 2008, Darla joined the CaringBridge staff and is currently the Vice President of Finance and Administration. CaringBridge now connects half-a-million people each day!

Prior to CaringBridge, Darla served as Director of Finance and later as Controller for Weisman from 1991 to 2000. In 2000, Darla served as CFO, Controller, and Human Resources for PlanAnalytics, an emerging e-distribution, research, and marketing company. Between 2001 and 2002, Darla managed over $72 million in annual revenue for Border Foods. Darla is a strong supporter of uniting family, friends, colleagues, and organizations who support quality living for people around the world.

Alan Fischer Alan Fischer graduated from Iowa State University with a Masters degree in Computer Engineering and a Bachelors of Computer Science degree from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. He has extensive knowledge of C/C++, Java, Python and works with other languages such as Scheme, SQL, Microsoft .NET, and more. Alan's immersive experience includes 3D rendering and platforms such as Windows, OSX, iOS, Android, and QT, along with a drive to squeeze the most performance out of any platform ranging from embedded microcontrollers to clustered supercomputers.

Alan co-founded Lightning Toads in 2004, a multi-disciplinary efficient software and engineering company. He is recognized in the mobile computing industry for developing the Toadlet Engine, a versatile software toolkit ideal for building powerful, streamlined applications across a wide range of systems and the top smartphone devices, including iPhone, BlackBerry, and Google's Android.

Andrew Fischer Andrew Fischer graduated from Iowa State University with a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering and a B.S. in Physics from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. Andrew is experienced in finite element programming and analysis with emphasis in nonlinear and meshfree methods, numerical modeling and physical simulation, machine design, cluster computing, and a wide range of programming languages and mobile development environments.

Andrew co-founded Lightning Toads in 2004, a multi-disciplinary efficient software and engineering company. In his career, Andrew has held various management and senior positions, including CIO and Senior Research Engineer at SpineX Tec, and Instructor of Engineering at Iowa State University.
